RETURN METHOD

The aim of ATIPICI is to guarantee your complete satisfaction by purchasing on Atipicishop.com

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 14 days from the day your order was delivered (during holiday periods the terms may be extended).

 

RETURN PROCEDURE

We show you the main points for returning the goods:

  1. Request activation of the return procedure by email to [email protected] indicating the order number, the name of the product you wish to return and the reason for the return. 

  2. Indicate how you wish to proceed with the refund: whether with an item exchange (during holiday periods the size exchange may not be active), voucher for the value of the returned goods or refund.

  3. Our Customer Service will contact you to give you feedback on return approval and any instructions on how to return the products. You must send the goods within 48 hours following confirmation of approval of the return procedure. 

  4. You will be contacted and updated by our Customer Service whenever there is an evolution in the RMA (Return Material Authorization) procedure.

PRODUCT CONDITIONS

The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.

Under no circumstances must they have been used, washed, tampered with or damaged in any way. The absence of identification tags, labels or original packaging will be considered as damage to the product.

PLEASE NOTE

  • If the return does not satisfy the return conditions indicated in "Product Conditions", we will not be able to accept your request.
  • The shipping costs for sending the package of products to be returned are your responsibility.
  • In the event of a refund, the purchase amount will be credited back to the payment method used during the purchase. The crediting times may depend on the banking circuit and therefore be variable.
  • If we have made a mistake in sending you the item or if it has defects, the return handling costs will be borne by us and you can ask for an exchange of the product, a refund of the amount paid for the chosen item, or a credit in the form of a voucher to be used in the following 60 days for future orders on atipicishop.com.
  • In particular periods of the year the item exchange procedure may not be active, we will give you alternative methods via email.
  • If an item is returned in unsuitable condition (with signs of wear, damaged, without tags, etc.) or outside the return deadline we will not be able to refund it. In the event that the item is sent back to you, we may also require you to cover the shipping costs.
