DELIVERY, COSTS AND SHIPPING METHODS

Orders are generally processed within 4 working days* of receiving payment and are shipped via Bartolini courier.

Once the courier collects your package, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can check the status and progress of your order online, along with helpful information such as the estimated delivery date. Atipici's legal liability ends upon delivery of the package to the courier, who also assumes liability. We care deeply about our customer satisfaction, so if any issues arise, we offer our team's support for a timely resolution.

Delivery for shipments within Italy usually takes place within 2-3 working days.

Outside Italy it may take up to 7 working days.

Items are shipped in bags or boxes depending on the product type and size. Of course, we take special care when packaging fragile items . Caps and all fragile accessories are shipped in cardboard boxes. Shoes are shipped in double-walled cardboard boxes to ensure the shoe box remains intact during transport.

Shipping costs vary depending on the country of delivery.

NB: To protect the environment and reduce CO2 emissions, a minimum spend of €30.00 has been introduced to complete an order.
