Delivery and Shipping

Parcels are usually handled and shipped I go in 4 working days after receipt of payment and sent via BRT courier.

Once the package has been sent, you will receive the tracking code via email, with which you can follow the progress of your shipment and the estimated delivery day.

• Shipping costs vary based on the country of delivery.
  
• Shipping to Italy is usually delivered in 2/3 working days.
• For shipments destined abroad it can take up to a week.

PICK UP IN STORE 

In-store collection is free but if the product ordered is not in the store you have chosen, it may take a minimum of 5 working days for it to arrive and be ready for collection. You will be informed of this by email from Customer Service.

Please note

• We recommend grouping your items into one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately and shipping costs will be applied to each of them.
• Items are shipped in bags or boxes based on product and size.
• Visor caps and all fragile accessories are shipped in a cardboard box.
• The shoes are shipped in a double-walled cardboard box to ensure the preservation of the packaging during transport.
