Our return method

The aim of ATIPICI is to guarantee your complete satisfaction.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order you can request the return within 14 (fourteen) days from the day you received the products purchased on www.atipicishop.com. The products must be returned in the same condition as when you received them.
Not used, unwashed, tampered with or damaged and with all identifying tags attached or in their original packaging.

The product you want to return must meet the following requirements:

Write us an email to [email protected] listing the code and the name of the product you wish to return, the reason for the return and the product you want to replace (you can check the products available on atipicishop.com)

If the return request will be approved, our Customer Service will contact you to give you instructions on how to return the goods that must be returned within 48 hours.
You will be contacted and updated by our Customer Service whenever there is an evolution in the procedure of RMA (Return Material Authorization) The address to send the product (s) to be returned is:

Remember that:

- if the return does not meet the conditions set in point 1, we can not accept your request.
- shipping costs to send the package of products to be returned are at your expense
- if the return is due to your mistake during the ordering, shipping costs of € 18  will be at your expense.
You can request the change of the product, the refund of the amount paid for the chosen item, or a credit in the form of a voucher to be used in the next 60 days for the next orders on atipicishop.com.You will be re-credited the amount of the item made reduced shipping costs.
