Staple, born by chance when Jeff Staple created a t-shirt requested by a boutique, is now a successful brand. From the famous Dunk SB Pigeon with Nike to the recognizable "Pigeon" logo, it offers urban clothing inspired by New York.
The Staple brand was born by chance, it all began when Jeff Staple (Jeff Ng) entered a boutique in New York wearing a t-shirt with a print he made, and came out with a request for 12 t-shirts. Even though his intention was not to create a brand, after that episode he founded Staple in 2009.
The brand was appreciated to the point that in 2005 the collaboration with Nike arrived with which he created a skate shoe called "The Nike Dunk SB Low Pigeon". The release of the sneaker achieved such exponential success that the New York Times published the news on its front page showing the crowd of people waiting outside the Staple store.
To date, Staple creates clothing and accessories that always feature the "Pigeon", the brand's logo, as well as prints inspired by the crowded streets of New York.
